Due to a mandatory software upgrade and transition, all 3CX phone extensions will need to be updated for any device (cellphone app, desktop phones, computer browser app ) that has 3CX software on it. All users will receive a new 3CX welcome email once the phones restart at 3 pm. Please follow the steps in the welcome email to complete the software upgrade for softphones.

At 3 PM phones will restart with the new configuration files on all phones to improve the quality of service that we have been experiencing over the past month.
